About Us

Our team is an eclectic mix of Australians and Americans, as staff are based in both in Australia and the United States. By having both nationalities on board, not only do we have expert knowledge of the Australian travel landscape, we also understand the unique and ever-changing demands of North American travellers.

Sue Lassen is our Director of Inbound Operations and has extensive experience in advertising and marketing, with a primary focus on the travel industry. She is the current Chair of the South Queensland branch of the Australian Tourism Export Council.

Sue has developed strong working relationships with our key Australian suppliers – from global operators of luxury brands to family-operated niche products. Attention to detail combined with exceptional people skills are her trademarks. In her spare time, Sue works on her golf handicap, which she wishes was much lower than it is, from her base on the Gold Coast.
